Job Overview:
In this role we are looking for an individual who can handle the day to day accountant operations, but who also is striving to take on the responsibility necessary to be part of, and grow within, a highly dynamic organization. The controller must be able to manage the accounting department of 5 in an entrepreneurial environment. Must be VERY IT savvy.
Specifics
- Day to day accounting operations and review; processes, controls, and compliance
- Help with implementation of Navision
- Journal Entries, Recurring Accruals, Variance and Trent Analyses
- Assist in annual audit
Requirements:
- CPA a must
- 6+ years Corporate accounting experience; technology business experience a plus
- IT savvy - Navision, Advanced Excel / Cognos a plus
- International Accounting a Plus;
- Management experience
- Highly motivated, Sense of urgency, Ability to lead a team
