As a part of our new CFO services line, Accountants One has an opportunity at a light manufacturing company near downtown Atlanta serving as a fractional CFO (one day a week to start).
Primary responsibilities include working closely with the CEO to:
* identify, develop and evaluate specific growth strategies, including -
- potential merger and acquisitions
- strategic relationships,
- new product and service lines,
- organic growth.
* establish and maintain financial models for strategy evaluation, planning and budgeting
* develop incentive compensation packages and career plans to help retain key employees
