How can our Success Rate help your Success? |
Since 2003 Accountants One has been keeping track of our success rate. We have never had a year where we dropped below 90%! In 2007, we had our highest rate of success, finishing the year at 97% for our Direct Hire Division.
At Accountants One we define “success rate” over a trailing 12 month period. Success is defined as both the candidate and the client stating that they are happy with the hire. So, in a nutshell, 97% of the positions we filled last year were filled with the right person in the right job.
While no one else seems to be keeping (or sharing) this statistic, our research indicates that the industry average is 60%.
Also of interest is our Contract Department success rate. In 2007, the Contract Department was able to maintain a success rate of 91%. This is a remarkable stat considering that many times our contract division is brought in to fill a job within hours.
We believe that a 97% success rate on the Direct Hire Side and a 91 % success rate on the contract side gives our customers a competitive advantage.
