Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant needed by a management consulting firm operating multiple gaming and retail companies. This Senior will work in a beautiful new office in Duluth, Georgia, and report to an experienced controller. Great benefits, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and support full cycle receivables, payables, and payroll staff
• Month-end and year-end close and analysis of financial statements
• Review general ledger, monthly reconciliations, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
• Assist with budgeting and developing meaningful KPIs for management
• Financial Analysis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate needed information to complete audits, tax returns, and other state reporting
• Assists with special projects

Education and Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or Master of Accountancy or MBA or CMA
• Major ERP experience
• Experience with a Family-owned business is a plus
