Accountants One has a repeat client in the Alpharetta area ready to hire. This is a temp-to-hire role in the office 100% 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch as an Administration Assistant. 

They are looking for someone immediately. No remote work, 100% in office 

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy Answering Phones
  • Heavy Computer Skills
  • Sending Emails
  • Scanning Documents (Adobe)
  • Document Editing in Adobe (Copy and Paste)
  • Making Copies
  • Mail
  • FedEx
  • Flexible to other responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 2 + years' experience working in an office as an administrative assistant 
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Scanning
  • Answered phones 
  • 100% in office
  • Local residents only / No remote work, 100% in-office
