Accountants One has a repeat client in the Alpharetta area ready to hire. This is a temp-to-hire role in the office 100% 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch as an Administration Assistant.
They are looking for someone immediately. No remote work, 100% in office
Responsibilities:
- Heavy Answering Phones
- Heavy Computer Skills
- Sending Emails
- Scanning Documents (Adobe)
- Document Editing in Adobe (Copy and Paste)
- Making Copies
- FedEx
- Flexible to other responsibilities
Requirements:
- 2 + years' experience working in an office as an administrative assistant
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Scanning
- Answered phones
- 100% in office
- Local residents only / No remote work, 100% in-office
