A growing company is seeking a Senior AR/Collections Analyst to support its employee benefits business. This role is responsible for preparing accounts receivable estimates, driving collection efforts, and assisting with month-end close tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile payment and billing dates by reviewing commission history.
Identify and resolve billing challenges to ensure timely and accurate collections.
Audit books of business to confirm all cases receive proper commission payments.
Track revenue by documenting payment cycles, billing cycles, and error reports.
Handle inquiries from acquisitions, partnerships, and internal advisors.
Run and analyze administrative reports for inconsistencies.
Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to internal departments.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify payment trends, analyze issues, and implement solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Office D365 preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a similar financial role.
