Remote Senior Accountant – Lakeland, FL - $36/hour - $43/hour – 3–4-week contract
Accountants One has been hired by a growing company in Lakeland, FL to recruit a Senior Accountant to help them create balance sheet reconciliations from scratch utilizing Sage Intacct software. They have 4 balance sheets total with 40-60 reconciliations per balance sheet.
The ideal candidate will have experience reconciling balance sheet accounts using Sage Intacct software along with 5-10 years of experience and an accounting degree or related.
Duties:
Accountants One has been hired by a growing company in Lakeland, FL to recruit a Senior Accountant to help them create balance sheet reconciliations from scratch utilizing Sage Intacct software. They have 4 balance sheets total with 40-60 reconciliations per balance sheet.
The ideal candidate will have experience reconciling balance sheet accounts using Sage Intacct software along with 5-10 years of experience and an accounting degree or related.
Duties:
- Create balance sheet account reconciliations for every account (98 accounts, 50-60 reconciliations, 4 balance sheets) – can use a template or create one with Controller
- Work 40 hours per week through end of the year to help Controller clean up balance sheet for year-end close/audit
- Check in with Controller daily on progress, especially with questions
- Experience using Sage Intacct is highly preferred
- NetSuite or MS Dynamics could work or another ERP software is required
- Accounting Degree or related
- 5-10+ years experience
