- Management of the full life cycle of projects, including budgets, cost reporting, WIP analysis, project cost data (including revenue, profit, and cash flow), project P&Ls, variances, and all financial reports
- AIA and lien waiver experience, change orders, close out audits
- Experience with GC, civil and commercial, subs (including COIs and W-9)
- Additional experience in full-cycle corporate accounting
- CMiC, Timberline, Procore, Timberscan
- BA, Accounting
