• Ability to manage a team or work as a 1-person department  
• Directly managed up to 8 people, 15 indirectly
• A/P, A/R, Payroll, HR, Notary, WIP, Job Costing, Permitting, AIA Documents, Lien Waivers, COI, OCIP, CCIP
• Accounting and financial oversight including preparation of the monthly financial package, GL account management, annual audit, federal/state tax returns, financial planning and annual budget
• Sage 50/100/300, Yardi, Timberline, Oracle, QuickBooks, AS400, MAS 90, Dynamics Solomon, Excel, Access, Visio, Textura, Bluebeam/Procore, ComputerEase
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, University of Georgia
