• MBA - Accounting from an accredited brick-and-mortar university
• High-volume processing background: 40–70+ invoices/day, 40+ expense reports/week, and extensive vendor onboarding with ACH/W-9 verification.
• AP, AR, general ledger support, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing, financial reports, monthly scorecards, sales and inventory reports, payroll, 401(k), credit cards, and project-related financial activity.
• Salesforce, Infinium (Infor Global), Vista Viewpoint, OnBase, SAP Concur, and advanced Excel.
