Common Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the billing team, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement billing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the billing process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, to ensure effective cash flow.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze billing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Common Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of billing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
