Common Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding billing matters.
• Work with management on an effective month-end close.

Common Requirements:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related field.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
