Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

• The captain of the ship ensuring the arrival at a target destination.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, including long-term financial planning and budgeting.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership and the board.
• Manage relationships with financial stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
