Common Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Incorporate accounting technology and systems to improve efficiency.

Common Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
