A Financial Analyst compiles and analyzes fnancial information for an organization. They identify trends and intepret financial data to assist in business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Identify trends, variances, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to provide insights into the organizations’ financial performance.
Financial modeling and forecasts to assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
