Financial Analyst

A Financial Analyst compiles and analyzes fnancial information for an organization. They identify trends and intepret financial data to assist in business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, variances, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to provide insights into the organizations’ financial performance.
  • Financial modeling and forecasts to assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
