About
Dilip Warrier brings a rare combination of CFO-level operating experience and executive search expertise to his role at Accountants One.
Having spent his career in investment banking and senior finance leadership (including multiple CFO roles), Dilip understands firsthand what it takes to build high-performing finance teams. He partners with companies ranging from high-growth and private equity-backed organizations to those navigating M&A, IPOs, and operational transformation.
As a former CFO, Dilip evaluates talent through both an operator’s and investor’s lens, identifying leaders who can drive performance, scale infrastructure, and create long-term value.
Prior to joining Accountants One, Dilip served as CFO of a private equity-backed flooring products distributor and a publicly traded Norwegian cleantech manufacturer, where he led the company’s IPO and helped scale revenue from $20 million to $125 million.
He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mumbai. Originally from Mumbai, Dilip has lived and worked in New York, San Francisco, and Atlanta, where he is now based.
