About the Opportunity
A growing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis across the organization.

This hybrid role will help transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, improve reporting visibility, and support business leaders with informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with large data sets while helping improve financial systems, reporting tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights for leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and business decisions.
• Analyze large data sets from multiple systems to improve financial and operational reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key performance metrics.
• Identify data quality issues and opportunities to automate and streamline recurring reporting.
• Support the implementation and optimization of financial planning tools, reporting platforms, and finance technology.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to improve reporting processes and develop practical solutions.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives, cost management, and operational decision-making.
• Communicate findings clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting the implementation of financial planning tools, reporting platforms, or finance technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-growth or global organization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning tools, Snowflake, Qlik, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with sales, margin, SG&A, working capital, or operational performance reporting.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or relevant finance or analytics certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000
• Annual Bonus: 6% target

Work Arrangement
