The position is Administrative/Operations in nature:
  • Internal follow up with documents, access and add data, interact with other internal staff, follow up on job order activity while supporting a Manager and work on a team.
  • Must be a self-starter, quick learner, possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Must possess positive attitude, be a team player while also able to work independently.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills to include Word/Excel. Must be proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn proprietary systems/programs; use of Google Sheets & Google Docs; able to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
