Senior Accountant – Marietta

Accountants One is partnering with a client on a search for a Senior Accountant. In this role, the Senior Accountant would work closely with an experienced Controller and a small, collaborative accounting team during a time of transition. 

Primary Duties

• Develop, update, and manage detailed schedules for complex rebate structures
• Complete reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Generate a variety of monthly reports, including rolling profit-and-loss forecasts and P&L variance/exception reporting
• Support the creation of financial statements and related schedules required for external audits
• Contribute to special assignments and initiatives directed by the Controller or General Manager

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least four years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
• Strong ERP capabilities (Epicor or SAP familiarity is a plus) and advanced Excel proficiency
• Exposure to or experience with inventory management is beneficial
