Fractional Controller (Hybrid) | Manufacturing
Our client, a growing manufacturing company with approximately $60M in annual revenue, is seeking a Fractional Controller to provide financial leadership and hands-on accounting oversight.

Our client, a growing manufacturing company with approximately $60M in annual revenue, is seeking a Fractional Controller to provide financial leadership and hands-on accounting oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making
- Support inventory and cost accounting functions
- Coordinate and manage external audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience
- Experience leading a company through an external audit is required
- Manufacturing accounting experience, including inventory and cost accounting
