Senior Tax/Financial Analyst

Accountants One is working on an exclusive opportunity with a fantastic company looking for a Senior Tax and Financial Analyst.  This person will work directly with the Director of Finance/Tax.  This is a newly created role for the team and will add value quickly to the organization. This is a highly visible role within the company, and this person will need to exude professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning for family trusts and estate entities.
• Assist in developing consolidated 5-year and 10-year financial plans.
• Manage quarterly financial reporting for trusts and estate entities.
• Support tax forecasting and strategic federal/state tax planning.
• Coordinate tax documents and liaise with outside advisors on compliance, IRS notices, and audits.
• Perform financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Masters or CPA highly preferred
• 4+years of experience in tax, wealth management, or family office or CPA firm
• Strong accounting, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Advance Excel skills and ERP systems experience
• Detail orientated, excellent communication skills, work in a team environment and independently.
