Accountants One is working with a Commercial real estate leader with major developments to add an AR Specialist. This in office Accounts Receivable role includes work life balance, excellent benefits and great company culture .
Job Duties
- Cash Application of daily payments (checks, ACH and wires)
- Tenant billing
- Account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly statements and miscellaneous billing
- Support month end processes and AR reporting for audit
- Special projects as needed by Director of Lease Administration.
- 3+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience in commercial real estate industry a plus
- Degree preferred
- Experience with MRI, Yardi, RealPage a plus.
