Accounting Manager (Remote, Part-Time, or Full-Time)

Bookkeeping Manager (QuickBooks Online Expert) – $90K–$110K

99% Remote – Must reside within 4 hours of Roswell, GA

We are partnering with a growing, client-focused accounting services firm seeking a Bookkeeping Manager to lead a team of 5–10 bookkeepers while also managing a portfolio of clients. This role is 99% remote, but requires attendance at an annual in-person meeting in Roswell, GA. Candidates must live in Georgia or a surrounding state, no more than 4 hours away.

About the Role:

• Manage and mentor a team of bookkeepers.
• Serve as a hands-on bookkeeper for multiple clients.
• Work with CPA firms, accounting departments, and small businesses providing full-charge bookkeeping support.
• Handle complex accounting tasks and deliver client training as needed.
• No tax work required.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and advanced Excel skills.
• Prior experience managing a team of bookkeepers (5–10 people preferred).
• Ability to handle complex accounting issues and multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in training clients.
• Familiarity with various accounting software platforms is a plus.
