Accountants One is helping a non-profit organization hire a Finance and HR Coordinator located in Marietta. The hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist Finance Director with account reconciliations and other ad hoc projects/requests;
- Prepare monthly Pre-Billing Census, supporting submission and tracking;
- Track and disburse resident clothing allowances;
- Track and disburse resident allowances with invoice documentation and submission;
- Provide client advocacy for allowances with county offices;
- Tracking and Invoice reimbursable expenses with original receipts;
- Cash flow and expense management including petty cash and gift card disbursement,
- Investigate and report on all receipt or expense discrepancies;
- Office supply management and assistance with ordering;
- Liaison to contractor provided IT, copiers, and postage service;
- Screen and sort incoming mail; logging all incoming donations;
- Timesheet management and employee support as needed;
- Monetary Donation Tracking – cash, check, PayPal, Givergy, Charity Proud, and other fundraisers;
- Maintain update donor mailing lists;
- Generate donation Thank You/ IRS Letters;
- Prepare and organize employee documentation for; new hire orientation, in-service trainings and any other events as needed;
- Assist in the recruitment of all vacancies, including; setting up interviews, following up with applicants on application requirements, and documentation requirements;
- Conduct criminal and background checks for all new hires;
- Ensure new hires have submitted all required documentation and are fully compliant;
- Assist with employee file management, audit personnel files, ensuring all information is current and accurate;
- Validate licenses/credentials for new hires and current employees and contractors;
- Supporting Gate Swipe Card setup and distribution;
- Record and track employee training utilizing systems;
- Secure offsite training/meeting site and meal services as requested for staff and Board of Director functions;
- Review and update job descriptions and evaluation tools;
- Assist with managing the day-to-day activities in the HR Department.
