Accounts Receivable Specialist

An Accounts Receivable Specialist is needed by a great team at a successful Medical Device Company in Marietta. Excellent benefits! Hybrid schedule after a short training period.

Responsibilities include:

• Posting and updating daily cash receipts 
• Prepare bank deposits
• Oversight of Accounts Receivable balances:
  • Immediately contact and resolve issues when customers become delinquent.
  • Bring deduction and short-payment issues to the attention of the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Advise the Controller with regard to unusual problems 
• Assist Customer Service when necessary.
• Review and balance the Accounts Receivable Detailed Sub-ledger to the General Ledger and run the month-end close of AR
• Compile and analyze Sales data for reports
• Special Projects as assigned by the controller.

Required;

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and B2B collections experience
• An accounting or finance degree is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
