Staff Accountant

Accountants One is working with a Large Privately-held Company, which continues to grow year after year looking for an Accountant. The Staff Accountant will directly work with the Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. This is a great foot in the door opportunity. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle company-wide intercompany accounts, including reconciliation and settlement of cash transactions
• Preparation of quarterly reports to management
• Assistance in preparation of monthly consolidated reporting
• Assistance in preparation of annual financial statements
• P&L, reviewing transactions and performing correcting journal entries when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting highly preferred or finance or business
• 2 year of experience or internship in Public Accounting on the audit side
• CPA or CPA tracking highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ERP Software experience
